All orders are subject to acceptance by E-KOLO Inc.

All orders are shipped F.O.B. New Jersey by Federal Express Ground or UPS Ground.
On high volume orders (more $30-50K), a customer may request delivery by a carrier of your choice.
Customer may cancel orders prior to shipment at no charge.
All merchandise is shipped in case of lot quantities only. All shipping & COD charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.


E-KOLO will accept a cashiers check or money order on all COD orders. E-KOLO will accept cashiers check, credit card for prepay orders, but allow 10 days for check clearing
Payment terms are subject to E-KOLO Import credit approval. Payment is due 30 days from E-Kolo’s invoice date. E-KOLO may change credit or payment terms at any time when, In E-KOLO’s opinion, Customer’s financial condition, previous payment record, or the nature of the Customer’s relationship with E-KOLO Import so warrants.
Customer agrees to pay an interest charge of 1.5% per month on all past-due invoices.


Please report any shortages or manufacture defective to your sales associate within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Defective returns can be returned to E-KOLO Import within 30 days from the invoice date, at ATH’s discretion for: credit, replacement or exchange.
Please e-mail our Returns Department at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product. No return of any type will be accepted without RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when e-mailing for an RMA number: business name, invoice number, item number and nature of the problem.

Note: While it is always our goal to provide you with a consistent high-quality service, we occasionally will alter the product’s color, assortment, packing and/or artwork in order to provide a fresher look. Products from a wood may differ in the natural structure of the color of the wood. Please understand that these changes are beyond our control. All information presented on this site is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Contact our office if you have any special requirements and for any specifications changes.
